Project Delivery Policy
1. Delivery Timelines
All project timelines provided are estimates based on the initial project scope and the assumption of timely client cooperation.
- Estimated delivery dates are provided in the Project Proposal.
- Timelines may be adjusted if the project scope changes.
- We are not liable for delays caused by third-party services or client-side dependencies.
2. Client Review Period
After each milestone delivery, clients have a designated review period to provide feedback and request revisions.
- Standard Review Period: 3-5 business days.
- Feedback must be provided in a single, consolidated document or meeting.
- Approval of a milestone signifies acceptance of all work delivered in that phase.
3. Final Project Handover
The final project handover occurs only after all development is complete and the final balance has been settled.
- Transfer of domain and hosting credentials.
- Delivery of final source code and project assets.
- Signing of the Project Completion Certificate.
4. Implicit Acceptance
If no feedback or approval is received within 10 business days of a delivery, the milestone or project will be considered implicitly accepted.
Implicit acceptance may trigger the next billing phase or the start of the warranty period.
