Project Delivery Policy
1. Delivery Timelines
All project timelines provided are estimates based on the initial project scope and the assumption of timely client cooperation.
- Estimated delivery dates are provided in the Project Proposal.
- Timelines may be adjusted if the project scope changes.
- We are not liable for delays caused by third-party services or client-side dependencies.
2. Client Review Period
Upon delivery of a project milestone, the client is granted a specific window to review the work and provide feedback.
- Standard Review Period: 5 business days from delivery.
- Feedback must be consolidated and submitted in writing.
- If no feedback is received within the review period, the milestone is deemed approved.
3. Formal Approval Process
Formal sign-off is required at each major stage of the project (e.g., Design, Alpha, Beta, Final Launch).
- Approval must be confirmed via our project management tool or official email.
- Once a phase is approved, moving back to that phase may incur additional costs.
- Final project delivery occurs only after the final sign-off and balance payment.
4. Delayed-Response Handling
To maintain our project queue and resource allocation, we apply policies to projects that stall due to client inaction.
If a client fails to provide required assets or feedback for more than 14 consecutive days, the project may be moved to 'On-Hold' status, and a rescheduling fee may apply.
5. Project Handover
The handover process includes transferring all agreed-upon deliverables, source files, and documentation.
- Handover happens within 3 business days of final payment confirmation.
- We provide a 15-day 'Post-Launch' support window for bug fixes.
- Long-term support requires a separate Maintenance Agreement.
