Maintenance clients receive priority technical support for any issues arising from the developed code or managed infrastructure.
- Email and helpdesk support during business hours.
- Emergency assistance for site-wide outages.
- Support for third-party integrations (subject to API availability).
3. Service Exclusions
Maintenance plans are designed to keep the existing site running smoothly and do not include major new development or external costs.
- Developing new pages or complex custom features.
- Costs for third-party premium plugins or themes.
- Marketing services such as SEO, SEM, or content writing.
- Recovery from issues caused by client-side code modifications.
4. Billing & Renewals
Maintenance services are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
- Invoices are sent 7 days before the start of the next period.
- Failure to renew may result in immediate suspension of maintenance tasks.
- Unused support hours do not roll over to the next month.
