Source Code & Ownership Policy

Ownership of the final source code and project assets is transferred to the client only after full payment of all project fees.

• Clients retain ownership of all content provided to us (text, images, logos).
• Transfer of rights occurs upon successful project completion and final payment.
• We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) states otherwise.

While the final project code is owned by the client, we retain ownership of any proprietary tools, base code, or frameworks used in the development process.

• License to use these proprietary elements is granted to the client as part of the project.
• Clients may not resell or redistribute our proprietary base code as a standalone product.
• Open-source libraries used in the project are governed by their respective licenses.

All developed code, designs, and assets remain the sole property of Global IT Solutions until final settlement.

Ownership and licensing of third-party assets (e.g., premium themes, stock photos, API licenses) are governed by the terms of the respective providers.
