Website Development & Support Policy
1. Project Scope
All website development projects are completed based on the agreed quotation, features, and revisions discussed before project delivery. Any additional feature requests or changes outside the approved scope may require additional charges.
2. Technical Support Period
We provide technical support for the agreed support duration mentioned in the invoice, quotation, or agreement. Technical support may include:
- Minor technical assistance
- Basic troubleshooting
- Guidance related to website operation
- Bug fixing within the developed scope
Note: Technical support does not include: Full website redesign, New feature development, Third-party service issues, Server migration, Website reconstruction after data loss, or Content updates unless agreed separately.
3. Domain & Hosting Responsibility
If the client uses their own hosting/domain provider, the client is fully responsible for: Hosting renewal, Domain renewal, Hosting security, Backup management, Server accessibility, and Hosting-related downtime or data loss.
We are not responsible for any website data loss caused by: Hosting expiration, Suspension by hosting provider, Server failure, Accidental deletion, or Malware/hacking on third-party hosting.
4. Backup Policy
Unless a separate maintenance or backup service agreement exists, we do not guarantee permanent storage of website files, databases, or backups after project delivery.
- We do not store any copy of website files, databases, or backups after project delivery.
- Any backup copy available with us is considered a courtesy copy only and may not contain the latest updates or revisions.
- Clients are strongly advised to maintain their own regular backups through their hosting provider.
5. Restoration & Recovery Charges
Website restoration, migration, backup recovery, or redevelopment services after hosting expiration, server loss, or data corruption are considered separate services and may require additional charges.
6. Client Cooperation
Clients are responsible for providing: Correct hosting access, Required credentials, Timely approvals, and Necessary project materials.
Note: Delays caused by missing information or delayed responses from the client may affect project timelines.
7. Payment Terms
All invoices must be paid within the specified due date. Outstanding dues may result in temporary suspension of support services.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our company shall not be held liable for: Third-party hosting failures, Data loss outside our managed environment, Financial losses due to website downtime, or Delays caused by external providers or client-side issues.
9. Policy Acceptance
By purchasing our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
