Revision Policy

Each project phase typically includes a set number of free revision rounds to ensure the final output meets the agreed specifications.

• Design Phase: 2 rounds of free revisions for mockups and prototypes.
• Development Phase: 2 rounds of free revisions for functional features.
• Content Updates: 1 round of free revisions for text and media placement.

Revisions that fall outside the original project scope are considered 'New Work' and will be quoted separately.

• Adding new features or pages not mentioned in the original proposal.
• Significant changes to already approved designs or structures.
• Integration with additional third-party services or APIs.

Additional revisions requested beyond the free limit or outside the project scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

Note: We will always provide a time and cost estimate for extra revisions before proceeding with the work.

To maintain project momentum, we request that clients provide consolidated feedback within 3-5 business days of each delivery.
