Revision Policy

Each project phase includes a specific number of complimentary revisions to ensure the final deliverable meets the agreed-upon requirements.

• Standard Projects: 2 rounds of free revisions per milestone.
• Enterprise Projects: Up to 5 rounds of free revisions.
• Revisions must be requested within 5 business days of delivery.

A revision is defined as a minor adjustment to an existing design or feature. Changes that fall outside the original project scope are classified as 'New Work'.

• Adding new pages or features not in the initial agreement.
• Changing the core layout after initial approval.
• Replacing approved content with entirely different assets.

Revisions requested beyond the complimentary limit or classified as 'New Work' will be billed separately.

• Additional revisions are billed at a flat rate per request or an hourly rate.
• A formal quote will be provided for all 'New Work' requests.
• Work on extra revisions will begin only after client approval of the quote.

To prevent project delays, each revision cycle requires formal sign-off before proceeding to the next stage of development.
