Project Delivery Process
1. Delivery on Client-Owned Hosting
If the client provides their own hosting, VPS, cloud server, or domain access, the project may be developed directly on the client’s live server or hosting environment.
- Website/application files and database remain on the client’s server during development.
- Delivery is considered completed once agreed features are finalized and approved.
- Separate file transfer or migration may not be required for pre-hosted projects.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth delivery process, clients must maintain certain infrastructure and administrative standards.
- Maintaining active hosting/server services.
- Timely server renewal and billing management.
- Backup management unless separately agreed in writing.
- Server-level security and access management.
3. Company Responsibilities
Global IT Solutions is committed to high-quality deployment and technical alignment with project specifications.
- Developing and deploying the agreed project scope.
- Providing agreed revisions during the active project period.
- Offering technical support within the agreed support duration.
4. Delivery Confirmation
A project is officially considered 'Delivered' when any of the following triggers occur:
- Client confirms completion via email, WhatsApp, or written communication.
- Final invoice/payment is requested or completed.
- The website or application becomes publicly live.
- No pending revision request is received within the agreed review period.
5. Post-Delivery Changes
Once a project is delivered, any significant changes fall outside the initial development scope.
Any major modification, redesign, reconstruction, migration, or redevelopment requested after project delivery may require a separate quotation and timeline.
6. Data & Backup Disclaimer
For projects hosted on client infrastructure, we do not maintain long-term copies of data unless specified in a maintenance plan.
If the project is hosted on the client’s own server, we do not guarantee permanent backup retention unless backup maintenance services are separately purchased.
