Third-Party Software Policy
1. Third-Party Integrations
We often integrate third-party tools, APIs, and plugins to enhance the functionality of your website or application.
- Payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, SSLCommerz).
- Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress, Strapi).
- Analytics and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp).
- Cloud infrastructure and APIs (e.g., AWS, Twilio, Google Maps).
2. Limitation of Liability
While we choose reliable third-party providers, we are not responsible for service interruptions, data breaches, or functional failures caused by these external services.
Any downtime or functional issues resulting from third-party service failures are outside our direct control and are not covered by our standard SLA.
3. Software Licensing & Fees
Clients are responsible for all recurring costs and licensing fees associated with third-party software used in their project.
- Annual or monthly subscriptions for premium plugins or themes.
- API usage fees and credit costs.
- SSL certificates and domain-related expenses.
4. Updates & Deprecation
Third-party services may change their APIs, terms of service, or pricing at any time. We do not guarantee long-term compatibility if a third-party provider deprecates a service or significantly alters its functionality.
Note: Updating a project to remain compatible with third-party service changes is considered a separate billable service.
