Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Advance Payments
All projects require an upfront advance payment before work commences. This payment is non-refundable as it covers initial resource allocation, planning, and administrative costs.
2. Work Completed is Billable
In the event of project termination, all work completed up to the date of cancellation is considered billable. We provide detailed logs of progress and deliverables to justify these costs.
- Completed milestones are non-refundable.
- Hours spent on research, planning, and design are billable.
- Delivered source code or designs are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation Conditions
Clients may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice. However, specific conditions apply depending on the stage of development.
- Notice must be sent via official email to the project manager.
- Upon cancellation, access to staging environments and temporary assets will be revoked.
- Final project files will not be handed over unless all billable work is paid for.
4. Revision & Feedback Limits
To maintain project timelines, we apply limits to the number of revisions and the feedback period.
- Each project phase typically includes 2 rounds of free revisions.
- Major changes to approved designs are considered 'New Work' and are billed separately.
- Delayed feedback (over 7 days) may result in project rescheduling or additional fees.
5. Hosting & Third-Party Fees
Payments made for third-party services such as domain registrations, hosting plans, SSL certificates, or premium theme/plugin licenses are 100% non-refundable.
We do not control the refund policies of third-party vendors (e.g., Namecheap, AWS, Google).
