Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced on a project milestone. However, we may consider partial refunds in specific circumstances:
- If a project is cancelled by the client before any development work begins.
- If we are unable to fulfill the project requirements due to internal technical limitations.
- Pro-rated refunds for managed services if cancelled within the first 15 days.
2. Project Cancellation
Clients may request to cancel a project at any time. Upon cancellation, the following terms apply:
- The client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.
- Advance payments for unstarted milestones may be partially refundable, subject to a 15% administrative fee.
- All developed assets, designs, and code remain the property of Global IT Solutions until final settlement.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Certain services and expenses are strictly non-refundable once purchased or initiated.
- Domain registration and renewal fees.
- Hosting setup and monthly subscription fees.
- Third-party software licenses and API credits.
- Emergency support and express delivery charges.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund or cancellation, please contact our billing department at billing@globalitsolutions.com.bd.
- Requests must be submitted in writing with a clear reason for cancellation.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method whenever possible.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage clients to reach out to us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension of all active services and the project being sent to collections.
